As an independent freight forwarder, we are able to choose who we work with. We invest a huge amount of time and energy finding like-minded organisations and nurturing our relationships with them. It is important to us that our customers feel as comfortable walking into our partners’ offices as they do into ours. But our investment pays off – some of our partners have been representing us for more than 30 years.
Global Network, Local Expertise
Our partners are spread over five continents, providing us with first-hand local expertise at more than 300 worldwide airports, seaports and commercial hubs. Our network credentials were strengthened further when we were chosen as the UK member of the World Air Cargo Organisation in 2001, giving us access to a further 400 air freight offices in over 90 countries.
Overseas Offices
To complement our network of partner organisations, we employ our own delegates in China and we have our own operation in India in the 5 metropolitan cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore. Both country locations provide liaison and on-the-ground support for our UK customers.
